The Massachusetts Chemistry & Technology Alliance is a leading voice for the interests of Massachusetts businesses that rely on chemistry. Its mission is to educate the public on chemical and science-related issues, and to advocate for well-thought out policies, regulations, and legislation.
MCTA is a member-supported organization whose ranks include the manufacturers, distributers, and users of chemicals as well as affiliated professionals (attorneys, environmental consultants, engineers, and planners). MCTA’s membership also includes national advocacy organizations such as ACC, NACD, HSIA, and the Vinyl Institute, all of which recognize the need for a strong presence in Massachusetts and a voice on Beacon Hill.
MCTA also seeks out collaborations with organizations with complementary missions to further advance the interests of its own members. These collaborations facilitate the exchange of ideas, networking and social opportunities, and the advancement of common issues.
